As the regional marketing lead, I managed a team of two and oversaw the global strategy and execution of all regional product and commercial campaigns. I served as the regional lead in bringing global brand and purpose-driven campaigns to market, ensuring consistency across markets while tailoring creative for local relevance.
From conception to implementation, I executed high-performing online campaigns supported by detailed analytics and reporting. I also developed new processes to streamline campaign development and delivery, improving efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Working closely with cross-functional partners, I helped amplify reach through eDMs, organic social, and brand partnerships, while continuously monitoring paid media and sales performance to inform future strategy and drive growth.
