As the digital marketing lead, I oversaw the development of strategic paid and organic campaigns across social media—from brief to execution. My role focused on identifying digital activation opportunities that supported Employment Brand, Sports & Music Partnerships, and Corporate Social Responsibility priorities.
I managed day-to-day relationships with agency and cross-functional partners to bring 360° brand campaigns to life, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. I also led performance reporting—analyzing KPIs, uncovering traffic trends, and delivering actionable post-campaign insights to optimize future work.
